Overview

Combadello Cottage is for those seeking self-catering luxury accommodation. It is a beautiful three bedroom cottage with luxury appointments throughout. Nestled on the ridge leading to the top of the Liverpool Range with amazing views that are completely uninterupted.

A feeling of seclusion takes over... as you begin to understand the privacy this unique valley offers. The Cottage offers a large enclosed veranda with big outdoor beanbags, seating and a dining table which overlooks the valley and distant mountains - perfect to relax and get away from it all.

Accommodation

Bedrooms

The main bedroom has a king sleigh bed and views over the gorgeous secluded valley. The second bedroom is a twin (which can be made into a queen size on request) and the third bedroom is ideal for children with bunkbeds and a desk. 

Living room

The Living room is fully appointed with luxury furniture and fittings including a slow-combustion wood fireplace which amply heats the whole cottage. Spend the evening cosying up on the large comfy lounge, watching a dvd from the vast selection avaliable on the 42" Palsma TV. 

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you could need and the attached dinning area seats six or dine alfresco on the huge enclosed verandah. A wood fired pizza oven and gas BBQ are also avaliable for your use. Instructions on how to use the wood-fired oven are available in the guest information book - it's not difficult and the pizza's are worth it! 

Bathroom and Laundry

The bathroom has a large bath and a separate shower. The toilet is freestanding and the laundry is fully equiped with washing machine, dryer and tub.

Veranda

The veranda is fully enclosed and offers a dining table and lounge area & two massive beanbags with plenty of room to spare. The veranda overlooks the valley to the northeast and mountains beyond, providing the perfert picturesque spot to relax. 

Pets welcome

Pets are welcome at Combadello, the Cottage is surrounded by a fence enclosing the lawn. The fence is electrified - this can be switched off if it concerns you, however it is designed to keep native wildlife off  the lawn. A pet box is supplied, with all the bowls, towels, blankets you could need .
